Final Year Dissertation

During my leave from education to undertake a professional studies placement I worked for a business called Andalucia Web Solutions. The organisation is based in Estepona, a coastal town on the Costa del Sol of Spain. While working at Andalucia Web Solutions I found my dissertation topic to produce a web based project management tool using PHP and MySQL. The site will manage multiple web design projects focusing on the cradle to grave activities of delivering projects.

Metro Grupo - Alberts on the Port

The second deliverable for the Metro Grupo was the implementation of the Srown Design for the Alberts on the Port restaurant. This project continued from the work undertaken to produce the site for Old Joy's Pub and Piano Bar. Alberts on the Port is located in the Cabopino port on the Costa del Sol of Spain. The venue includes a large terrace, the restaurant interior is decorated with Victorian styling and theatrical props.

Metro Grupo - Old Joy's Pub and Piano Bar

During my time at Andalucia Web Solutions I was involved with the project to deliver two new websites for Metro Grupo, a restaurant and entertainment company operating in the Costa del Sol. The first of the project was for Old Joy's Pub and Piano Bar.

Hotel Florida Spa

Hotel Florida Spa was the second major client project involving me at Andalucia Web Solutions. The project brief set out to redesign the existing sites for Hotel Florida Spa, Hotel Yaramar and Hotel Angela. The redesign allowed the client to create a consistent layout across the three sites.

During my Professional Studies Placement at Andalucia Web Solutions I was involved in the construction of the new website for Sovereign Office Solutions. Sovereign Office Solutions is a firm which offers office services out sourcing on the Costa del Sol, Spain.
