The Computing and Management degree I read at Loughborough University was broad, covering many computing, business and management topics. My studies included; strategic management, marketing, work place psychology, leadership, software project management, programming and database design. I enjoyed the wide scope of the course which was designed to produce future managers with experience in both Information Technology and Business for the modern workplace.

For my dissertation I developed a Project Management web application suitable for SME Intranet portals. I identified the project while working at Andalucia Web Solutions for my professional studies placement. The program allows project managers to create, manage and staff projects. Data recorded by developer is used to track the progress of projects and report actual logged construction time versus the planned project duration. The project was developed using PHP, MySQL, jQuery, XHTML and CSS.
I am a graduate of Lougborough University where I read Computing and Management BSc (Hons) earning a 2:1 classification.
